D-RATS now supports TNCs in KISS mode in addition to D-Star. I (think)
I've setup D-RATS on 147.60 although I'm not sure if it will work on
the digi since it is using KISS instead of AX.25. Anyone else want to
give it a shot and see if we can do some chat or file transfer?
