PC with removable disk drives

I used some relatively cheap ones that I got from CompUSA when they 
still existed.  They were parallel IDE.  They worked fine, but they have 
a fan in them to help cool the drive.  The fan started getting noisy 
after a while.  You'll have to get some new fans if you find the noise 
excessive.
