Thanks Steve to you and Tina for finding out what you can.
Terrible news. He tried to lend a hand when he could to us all
sometimes to the point of being spread a little thin in time.
His family should cancel his license with the FCC in due time. I am
sure they will have lots of legal things to do plus have a funeral.
Another note Sharon York KA7GEL who used to own the Amateur Radio
Supply in Seattle after Dick Aspinwall sold it to her and Al passed
away on October 5, 2009 in Nevada.
She sold ARS to Marlo Gouin <sp> who then closed the store after
about a year. Sharon was 62, cancer was the cause.
