No dedicated mobile/base 1240-1300 FM voice radios!

The new Icom IC-9100 is suppose to have a optional 23cm module as
well. (I'll know more about it in a couple months, I'm told that I'll
be one of the 'experts' in the Icom booth on the new rig. :-)
