T-Mobile Coverage Map

If we were to take KA7OEI's approach
<http://www.ka7oei.com/ft817_rptmon.html> similar coverage maps could be
made for area repeaters and other assets.  Perhaps with real time data
collection over an APRS like system.

Updating this to use an SDR receiver and one of the low cost APRS devices
that WA7NWP has been bringing to the Saturday brunch combined with a
Raspberry Pi would make a nice mobile kit.

Anyone up for coding it?
